    Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the use of the QuoNow platform by businesses requesting quotations and by IT companies receiving leads.

    Last updated: 2026-10-25

    01Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the QuoNow platform (quonow.com and related services), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

QuoNow is operated from Hong Kong. References to "we", "us" and "QuoNow" are to the operator of the platform.

    02Use of services

QuoNow is a marketplace that connects businesses in Hong Kong with IT service providers. We receive project requests, review them and match them with approved vendors, who then contact the client directly.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of the business you represent in order to use the platform.

QuoNow is free of charge for businesses requesting quotations. We do not charge clients a fee or commission.

    03User responsibilities

When using the platform you agree to:

    • Provide accurate and complete information in requests, applications and profiles.
    • Keep any account credentials confidential and notify us of unauthorised use.
    • Use the platform only for genuine business enquiries and not for fraudulent, misleading or unlawful purposes.
    • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Hong Kong.

    04Vendor obligations

IT companies approved to receive leads through QuoNow agree to:

    • Maintain a valid business registration in Hong Kong and keep company details up to date.
    • Describe their services truthfully and only accept categories they can deliver.
    • Respond to matched requests within 48 hours and treat client data in confidence.
    • Use client contact details only for the purpose of the matched request, and not for unrelated marketing.
    • Deliver services to clients as agreed in their own contracts with those clients.

    05Vendor fees

During the launch phase, access to the platform is free for approved vendors. No monthly fee or per-lead charge applies, and no payment details are required.

QuoNow may introduce paid pricing for vendors in future. Before any charge takes effect, we will give registered vendors advance notice by email or on the platform, stating the pricing and the date from which it applies.

If you continue to use the platform as a vendor after that effective date, you accept the new pricing. If you do not wish to accept it, you may close your vendor account before the effective date and no charge will apply.

    06Matching and no guarantee

We review requests and select vendors in good faith, but we do not guarantee that a request will be matched, that any particular number of quotations will be received, or that a vendor will win work.

Any contract for IT services is made directly between the client and the vendor. QuoNow is not a party to that contract.

    07Intellectual property

The platform, its design, text and software are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from them without our written permission.

Content you submit (such as project briefs and company profiles) remains yours. You grant us a licence to use it for the purpose of operating the platform and matching requests.

    08Limitation of liability

QuoNow acts as an introduction platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the quality, timeliness or outcome of services provided by vendors, for disputes between clients and vendors, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Hong Kong law.

    09Suspension and termination

We may suspend or remove access to the platform, or remove a vendor from matching, if these terms are breached, if we receive repeated complaints, or if information provided to us proves to be inaccurate. Where practical we will explain the reason.

Vendors may close their account at any time by contacting us.

    10Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation before pursuing other remedies, and submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.

    11Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Material changes will be announced on the platform or by email to registered vendors. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

    12Contact
