01Information we collect

We collect information you provide when you use the platform:

• Contact details: name, company name, email address and phone or WhatsApp number.
• Project information: category, budget range, timeline and the written description of your request.
• Vendor application details: company registration information, service categories, team size, website and portfolio links.
• Messages you send through the contact form, the support chat or the AI project consultant.
• Technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies and analytics as described below.

02How we use your data

We use personal data for the following purposes:

• Reviewing project requests and matching them with suitable approved vendors.
• Reviewing vendor applications and operating vendor accounts and plans.
• Sending emails related to your request or account, such as confirmations and lead notifications.
• Responding to enquiries and providing support.
• Improving the platform, including understanding how pages and features are used.
• Complying with legal obligations.

03Data sharing

When you submit a request, your project brief and contact details are shared with the approved IT companies matched to that request, so that they can contact you with a quotation. A request is matched to no more than 7 vendors, and vendors cannot see requests that were not matched to them.

We use service providers to host the platform, store data and send email. They process data on our instructions and may not use it for their own purposes.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.

04Your rights under the PDPO

Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance you may:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Withdraw consent to further use of your data for matching or communications.
• Request deletion of your data, subject to any records we must keep by law.

05Data retention

We keep request data and vendor account data for as long as needed to operate the platform and to deal with any follow-up questions or disputes, and then delete or anonymise it. You may ask us to delete your data earlier at any time, subject to any records we are required to retain by law.

06Cookies and analytics

The platform uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your language preference, keep the support chat history on your device and understand how the site is used. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some features.

07AI assistant and project consultant

Messages you type into the AI project consultant or support chat are processed by an AI service provider to generate replies. Please do not include sensitive personal data in these messages. Briefs drafted with the consultant are only sent to vendors if you submit them through the request form.

08Security

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the data we hold, including encryption in transit, access controls on stored data and limiting access to the team members who need it. No system is completely secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will inform you as required by law.

09Where data is processed

Our service providers may store or process data outside Hong Kong. Where this happens we take reasonable steps to ensure the data receives a comparable level of protection to that required under the PDPO.

10Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be announced on the platform.
