What vetted means
Approved by people, not by an algorithm alone.
Before an IT company can receive any request through QuoNow, a member of our team reviews the application. We look at the following:
- The company is registered and operating in Hong Kong, with verifiable contact details.
- The services it offers are clearly described and match the categories it wants to receive.
- Its website, portfolio or references show relevant delivered work.
- It can respond to matched requests within 48 hours.
After approval, each vendor only sees the requests matched to it. Vendors that stop responding to clients, or that receive repeated complaints, are removed from matching.
