Most clients hear from the first vendor within 24 to 48 hours. Vendors contact you directly by email, WhatsApp or phone. Because each one quotes on the same brief, it is easier to compare them; ask every vendor to confirm price, delivery time and maintenance terms.

- Warranty period and ongoing support terms, if any.
